I suffered from migraines for years. It was not how many times per month as I had a migraine every day. I would have to say a level from 1 to 10. I take 2 of these per day, I’m migraine free for 2 years and counting. It was not a instant cure, at first I didn’t think it was helping. It took 2 weeks to feel any improvement, then I started feeling way better!! Thank you for this amazing product!!
